Volumetric modular construction, where complete modular building units are delivered to site, can be used for both permanent and temporary buildings.
- Temporary buildings provide the ultimate in flexible building accommodation.
- Temporary buildings do not have to be small, single units, or a few 'building slices' joined together. Volumetric modules can be combined to form large one and two storey complexes, for offices, schools, medical centres, or to meet most other temporary accommodation requirements.
- Temporary buildings can be hired for fixed periods, or kept on a rolling hire for as long as they are required.
- Temporary buildings can even be purchased and relocated at a later date, so temporary accommodation can be moved from one site to another, as it is required.
